The Office of Faculty Development is directed by Kiran Pandit, M.D.,M.P.H., assistant dean for faculty development and educational assessment, and assistant professor of emergency medicine. Dr. Pandit works closely with the Faculty Development Task Force, a group of faculty with a keen interest in faculty development, in tailoring programs that meet the varied needs of Einstein faculty.
