Requests for employment, residency, transcript information:

The Einstein Alumni Relations office is not authorized to verify degrees, diplomas, employment, residency, or to provide transcripts. For these requests, please refer to the following information.

Requests for Transcripts and Educational Verification:

  • Alumni and former students (1955-2018) with requests for transcripts, copies of medical student performance evaluation (MSPE), verification letters, state licensure forms and replacement diplomas, must follow the instructions below:
    • To obtain an official MD transcript, please follow the instructions provided on the Yeshiva University website: www.yu.edu/transcript
    • If you need verification of an MD degree, the National Student Clearinghouse is our authorized agent for providing MD degree verifications. You can obtain instant MD degree verifications at www.degreeverify.org
    • Please use school code 002903 – Yeshiva University - Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

All other requests should be made directly to the Yeshiva University Registrar's Office at resnickregistrar@yu.edu or 646.592.4515.
