An Eye on Good Health

Several Einstein students from the Ophthalmology Interest Group took part in the recent Flushing Chinatown Good Health Day, held at the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center.

Students joined Dr. Roy Chuck and other members of Montefiore's ophthalmology and visual sciences department to provide free vision screenings to roughly 100 attendees of the annual event. Festival organizers presented the ophthalmology department with a certificate honoring its long-term volunteer commitment to the Queens community. The group has taken part in the event for nearly a decade.
