Arnsten Receives Faculty Mentoring Award

Julia Arnsten, MD, MPH (General Internal Medicine) is the recipient of a Faculty Mentoring Award which will be presented Tuesday, March 17th at Einstein's Davidoff Education Day. Dr. Arnsten is the awardee from the clinical departments. Donald Faber, Ph.D. (Neuroscience) is the awardee from the basic sciences.

The founding Chief of the Division of General Internal Medicine, Dr. Arnsten has built an extremely strong foundation, recruiting and mentoring a growing cohort of funded investigators. Arnsten has created a scholarly environment for all of the Division's members, including unique mentoring tools such as the mock study section. She has increasingly played a role in integrating research, teaching, and practice within the Division.
