Addiction Medicine Fellowship Program

How to Apply

Addiction Medicine Fellowship applicants are physicians who have completed an ACGME-accredited residency program, and are board-eligible or board-certified.  We seek applicants with a demonstrated commitment to a primary care career integrating evidence-based addiction medicine with the general medical care of people who use drugs.  Aligned with our commitment to health equity and the communities we serve, applicants from groups that are traditionally excluded from medicine are particularly encouraged to apply.  Before starting the fellowship, we require a full New York medical license, and highly encourage possession of a DATA 2000 physician waiver or completion of the eight-hour training to qualify for a waiver.

We are recruiting for July 2020! Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until all positions are filled.
