Advancing Global Health: Education, Building, and Support
Sponsored by the Global Health Center at Albert Einstein College of Medicine
Monday, November 10th, 8 AM - 6 PM
LeFrak Auditorium, Price Center/Block Pavilion
Albert Einstein College of Medicine
1300 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx, NY 10461

As interest in global health and the numbers of global health centers are increasing, we seek to bring the leadership and faculty of centers from around the country together for a day of discussing critical issues that we all face, with the hope of sharing and learning from each other.
What will be discussed?
In this follow-up to the first very successful conference held in 2012, we will focus on two key areas:
- Building sustainable global partnerships
- Global health and medical education
Who Should Attend?
The audience will consist of leaders, faculty, administrators, and students from medical schools and global health centers from around the country. We are envisioning bringing leadership together in a think tank environment to examine challenges and solutions in a concrete way for the academic global health community, and ultimately producing a white paper with insights and recommendations for these important topics.
There will be a number of global health leaders participating in the conference, and, in fact, the Consortium of Universities for Global Health is lending their support.
How Can I Register?
You may register for yourself and your colleagues online, or by emailing global@einsteinmed.org.
