Research Fellow/Faculty Advertisement Posting Process
For compliance purposes, all advertisements should be submitted and approved by Talent Acquisition (HR). Talent Acquisition will also assist with posting these positions.
  • STEP 1: The department submits pre-written ads to Talent Acquisition to review and approve via email.
  • STEP 2: In the email, the desired posting sites should be listed, as well as an Index number for charge back purposes.
  • STEP 3: Talent Acquisition will submit cost estimate for approved sites to department.
  • STEP 4: Once department approves the cost, TA posts ad within 3 business days.
