Among the numerous rapid changes in medical education as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic is the shift this year to virtual interviews for medical students applying to residency programs. •Identify challenges to successful virtual interviewing, including sources of unconscious bias that are specific to interviews in the virtual environment.

•Learn strategies and "pearls" for effective virtual interviewing.
